Arrived in Galway by train and a short walk to Western Hotel where you check for apartments. Staff very friendly on check in . With all our information we were directed to apartments which are a two minute walk from hotel. Silly us didnt go to the correct door and a staff member ran down the street to show us...

We visited these Apartments 4 years ago where the condition of the Apartments were luxurious and clean. This time however we were greeted with a lesser experience. I booked this apartment for my Wife's 30th and having remembered how good the experience was the last time I wanted to relive it. I cannot fault the correspondence of the Hotel staff...

Went to Galway for a night, the apartment is so spacious, it has everything. And very clean. Very very very close to shopping centre and the city itself. Parking also available. Amazing view! Can see the sea from the apartment we were at! Absolutely amazing. Thank you! Will come again!

Great big apartment in perfect location. Stayed on 4th floor, might be an idea to put blackout curtains on bedroom windows or sensor rather the continuous lighting outside as it shines into bedroom all night. Also need to put signs asking guest to be as quiet as possible when returning late at night and definitely no sitting on windowsills chatting...

Stayed here for 2 nights in October. These apartments were coming out cheaper than any other hotel, and when we arrived we couldn't believe how nice they were, with full length windows giving lovely views over Galway, and with a massive roof top terrace area that would be lovely in the summer. We had 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The...

Stayed just one night, for now! Booked and omitted to mention single beds. No worries, we were upgraded to facilitate separate beds. Saw the one and two bed apartments. Both beautiful. The larger one was incredibly large with a fantastic view from the 4th floor. Spectacular to look out and incredible inside. Very clean and well stocked. A November day,...

We had to privilege to stay in the 2 bedroom apartment, with the absolute best view! Upon walking in, we were mesmerized, it was so beautiful! Very modern, and have I mentioned the view? LOL Across from Eyre Square, close to bars, pubs, and walking distance from shopping strip/mall.

I visited the Citypoint about 7 years ago when I don't think it had been open long and the place was fresh and new and I was sceptical as to whether it would still be the same and I was glad I was wrong. They have kept the standard high in this place and we had outstanding views over the...

We had a big livingroom and an equipped kitchen, very modern with a faux fireplace and a terrace. We had two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. The beds were okay, central heating worked well and the bathrooms (there were two) were clean. Not a fancy place but a good one for families.
