We had a family Christening today, about 30 people. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough, especially for little family occasions. Food was amazing, presentation stunning, freshly made breads, melt in the mouth turkey & beef, beautiful fresh veg, (a treat to have asparagus) everything cooked to perfection, all you could eat desserts & delicious coffee! Kids under 6 ate...

Great location, 5 mins walk to Shop St. Room ok if a little dated and nice coffeemaker and biscuits in common area on Executive Floor in addition to tea and coffee facilities in the room. Comfortable bed, well heated room and not noisy (extra insulation layer on windows facing road). Bathroom a bit shabby, water pressure in the shower was...

Location was fabulous, super close to all the downtown sights and amenities. Would stay here for that reason alone, but it was also a nice hotel. Rooms were well laid out and executive level had nice water/tea/coffee options. Wifi was decent, but flaked out a bit in the evening (high use time we suspected). Bathroom was comfortable size, but the...

We tried the Bar at this hotel not expecting anything of any consequence. It was really good. Both enjoyed scallops to start, they were very tasty indeed. Followed with salmon and gorgeous home cut chunky fries. It was delicious. My partner enjoyed a whopping beef burger and chips. Declared to be excellent! Everything was very nicely presented. Well done all...

Great location in the heart of Galway. Sadly the hotel is getting a little shabby. Double room was quite small - hardly any room for 2 suitcases - we were only there for one night so not that big a deal. Had car parking which was a bonus. Very friendly helpful staff. Nice bar and eating area. If booking consider...

We stayed here with our tour group for 3. nights, it was a clean, comfortable hotel with good beds, and an excellent breakfast. The biggest advantage is that it is in walking distance to the downtown.

We stayed here recently for a 1 night stay for a family break away. From the time we entered the hotel the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious and as it was my mothers birthday and I had mentioned this at booking there was a lovely card and chocolates in the room for her. It...

Arrived late in the day from Dublin and fortunately found this hotel via a website search. Called and spoke to a lovely Marie who informed us they had availability. To our delight she was on the front desk, ensured we had a nice room (as it was our honeymoon), helped us with directions to a pub to watch our Aussie...
