We were married in the Ardilaun at the end of December with 120 guests. We stayed for a full week in the hotel including the wedding weekend so we got to know the place quite well. In summary it is an excellent place to stay and an amazing wedding venue. The food, including breakfast and dinner (in Blazers Bar) was...

We had the pleasure of staying at Ardilaun Hotel for 2 days over the New Year in rooms 230 & 231. Rooms clean tidy & fresh. Traditional Irish breakfast was served as buffet. All levels of staff were most friendly in every way. A very family and child friendly hotel. However, would like to suggest to upgrade the folding bed...

Was in galway on work, stayed in the Ardilaun. While being an older hotel, the lift for example is quite old, the WiFi was good, the hotel was spacious, and the room was excellent. The breakfast was very good the next morning, and the parking was excellent

We stayed here for one night and the main thing that stood out to us were the staff. Everyone was friendly and efficient from check in to porters to the cleaning service. It had the feel of a small family guest house even though it was a large hotel. Our room was spacious and the wi fi worked well. We...

My wife and I booked a 3-night package in this hotel for 30, 31 December and 1 January. This included dinner in the hotel restaurant on 30 December and the New Year's Eve gala dinner. Each day that we were there, there was a wedding on in the hotel and it was busy. The staff at reception were very welcoming...

We stayed here a few years ago for a wedding. At the time the hotel was going through a period of refurbishment which was a good thing as it was dated and cold. I'm sure it's a lot better now. They do weddings very well here however - I would say it is their strong point. The food is good...

I stayed here with my girlfriend for a night and really loved the place. The hotel itself is starting to show signs of age but the room in the hotel was superb, the pool and sauna etc was lovely and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is only a short taxi drive from the centre of Galway...

Had a very brief stay here last month while attending a Christmas party in a nearby hotel, the rooms were clean and well proportioned and the few staff I encountered friendly. Didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Great time had. Stayed there with our puppy and staff were all so helpful, accommodating and friendly. Whilst obviously can't take dogs into restaurant or bar there are some nice common areas you can eat and drink, and the staff were more than happy to come out and serve us. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Located...

Decided to go on a spontaneous one night break away and picked this hotel. Great value for price, we had afternoon tea which was amazing, late checkout, upgrade to a superior room, use of the leisure centre and breakfast.
