Rooms are OK, nothing to write home about. The location is fine, just a few blocks from square and a few more to restaurants and pubs. The hotel pub is good, with only hotel quest. The breakfast was good with ample selection. Good place for budget travelers.

I would say this hotel was a bit overpriced, although it was clean, and comfortable. It was a bit old, and that's fine. I can deal with old, and clean. Plus the location was pretty great. I have stayed in a B&B in Salthill last visit to Galway, and I much preferred this location. I caught a tour to Aran... More

Seen better days. Needs a revamp. Expensive for what it provides. Mediocre breakfast. A good B&B would be a better option. No parking on site you use a public car park about 400 metres from hotel at 8 euro per day.

We got a great deal at this hotel - 2 nights b&b for €108 each at a weekend. Staff efficient & pleasant, rooms are comfortable & clean, with great beds. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice from a menu, which meant that the hot food was cooked to order & very fresh as a result. We didn't stay... More

This hotel is large for a B&B, but it's comfortable and the location is great. There is bar in the lobby and folks there seemed to be having fun the Friday night we stayed. It really has kind of an urban feel to it. The rooms were nice enough and clean. the staff was friendly in a hotel kind of... More

Check in was fast and efficient, with friendly, helpful staff. Room was nice, clean. The only issue was that we had a warm night (even for us Aussies) and having the window open meant there was some noise - I am sure though this would not normally be a major issue. Breakfast was lovely and have to congratulate staff on... More

I really like this hotel. The main selling point is the location, it is so near Eyre square Galway. The price of the hotel is affordable. The rooms were spacious and lovely also. There was a nice restaurant and wifi was easy to use also.

Location was great with access to downtown Galway. Rather obscure and difficult to find, and our room was quiet noisy. In spite of being on the third floor, we had a road running with trucks and buses right outside out window. Might have been better on the other side of the hall.

Stayed during a short break in Galway. Plusses. Good central location, staff very good with first class service at breakfast and a good clean room. Minus The hotel probably served as the station hotel and sadly its best days are behind it.It does need an update in the public areas especially the bar and dining room. Don't let this put... More

Very satisfying stay in this hotel. Breakfast exellent, and room clean. Plenty of hot water for bath. - Täydet pisteet hotellille Galwayssa. Aamiainen herkullinen ja täyttävä ja kuuma kylpy ylellisen tuntuinen.
