We had booked here for two nights originally but as it was so nice decided to stay a third night. Our room was in the newly refurbished part of the hotel at the back of the hotel overlooking the coach and train station. The room and the beds were very comfortable with a good shower/bath and ample tea and coffee...

We booked this hotel on a whim and it absolutely amazed us. The staff were amazing, as a GM myself I take particular notice of this aspect of establishments and every single staff member we dealt with could not have been more accommodating and friendly. The wee guy who served us on our first night, Daniel I think his name...

So we came here for a little two night break away! What can I say Olivia at reception was completely on it. Then Daniel arrived to cover reception and the bar for night shift. Honestly completely blown away by Daniels meticulous attention service. Manners friendliness and so warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Visited Galway on yet another work trip, and stayed in this hotel as it was so conveniently located to where I was working. Location-5 stars, right off the main Eyre square centre part of Galway, and really near lots of great restaurants and the hub of Galway. My room was clean, bathroom was brand new, liked the bed, nice white...

I stayed in the Eyre Square Hotel with a friend. We literally needed somewhere cheap and cheerful for the night. The hotel staff are friendly and the location is absolutely perfect. It's a two minute walk from the train station and both bus stations. We had a twin room. It was grand - clean, warm, had hot water & clean...

This review is on behalf of my Grandmother Noreen, who's dictating this to me! To all at the Eyre Square Hotel, I would just to thank you all for the warm welcome, above and beyond helpfulness, and attention to our needs that we experienced during our three night stay. From Lorraine and Deirdre who gave us such a great welcome...

This hotel is ideal if you are with a group of friends for a stag or hen do weekend. Ideal location for Galway, central to the main square meaning everything is within walking distance. The rooms themselves are clean, which for a weekend of that nature is the main thing and the water is hot for the showers. On top...

Shower.... woeful will either freez or burn and no water pressure Rooms small... Staying here while working nights and with drilling and hammering all day was in a great location so you could escape to the Main Street for peace and quiet! Great breakfast but don't expect to be asked what you'd like... instead go look for the staff with...

Food great, reception staff so friendly and helpful. Parking for 6.50 euro per day in train station car park. Thoroughly recommend this hotel, great breakfast.
