I've been visiting Ireland for 15 years now, and the hotel doesn't seem like it's been updated since my first visit. The staff is great, and it has nice amenities. The "bubble pool" (whirlpool) is lukewarm, but they have a large swimming pool. There is also a fitness center and a great solarium. It's directly next door to an amusement...

Arrived at the hotel early and they had our room ready. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beautiful food in the restaurant and in the bar. The bar had good music most nights. Drinks were a little expensive. Very family orientated and a lot of older holiday makers staying. Really enjoyed the hotel, very comfortable and friendly staff

I have stayed at the Galway bay an a few occasions while visiting Galway. Great food, great rooms and a great location on the Prom. The staff always have a warm welcome and go above and beyond. Patricia in particular makes sure that I am well looked after. Would and have recommended to friends.

We stayed at the Galway Bay Hotel with our two young children. The location is ideal very central in walking distance for activities that suited the children. The hotel overlooks the beach which is beautiful. The hotel itself was inviting, clean and staff were exceptional, they were attentive, personal and welcoming.

I booked a superior room and requested a bay view. The room was lovely...
