The room had no kettle and was not serviced, compared to other similarly priced hotels we've stayed at in the area. Windows sills are covered in dust as well as the extractor unit in the bathroom. Not that we should sound ungrateful, seeing that there are homeless people braving storm Barbara tonight. The bed is very comfortable and the heating...

Reasonably priced and comfortable but more suited for couples on a budget but not big enough for a family. Rooms are clean but very tiny. Best suited for short overnight stays as the rooms are so small you have almost no room to move around in when you have more than one suitcase.

How this place can use the term boutique is beyond me. Rooms are tiny. Like, TINY. And yes my husband is tall, but after placing a very small carry on bag on the floor, there really wasn't anywhere to move, let alone for him to be comfortable. It's also difficult to find. There's no sign, apart from the lettering on...

Stayed here in September and was not at all what is was described on booking.com we had expected a quaint little boutique hotel but it is a B and B in a very old house. The rooms are absolutely tiny there is no reception area just a little hallway with a kitchen table to take payment. A tiny stairs leads...

My Husband and I were very warmly received and welcomed. Our young receptionist was a real delight. Our room nicely decorated, very quaint but charming.... Wi-Fi worked very well, and had no problem with it... We were also shown our room in advance , with no hesitation.... The room we stayed in for a 2 night stay was very comfortable,...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night whilst visiting Galway. The location is fantastic and close to the beach in Salthill. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. We booked at a special offer price so found it good value for money but the rooms are very small - if you suffer from claustrophobia I would not recommend staying...

The room  was damp and stinking of cooking from the kitchen in the restaurant below, which provided all the noise of a party in your room. The bed sheets (also damp) had been washed but were stained with who knows what,  as were the pillows (blood stains), duvets & sheets. There were 3 hangers and a hat stand for the...

The rooms are very small for the price. This place is a little quirky, tiny room with a bath inside the room. The owner however is a very pleasant man. I have asked for a room upgrade as we were celebrating my partner's birthday and we got it. Despite the room being tiny, we've had the best sleep ever as...

WE DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING. Rooms were SMALL, the closest experience of being in a jail cell ever. No space to open your suitcases, really (!) No closet (just a hollow space in a wall with a hanging bar). Dust everywhere, rusted toiletries, a window facing a cement dark patio, broken blinds, so sun entered really early in the morning. Some...

Paid €199 to stay in"doublebed" in this dump last night. In Galway for the races, My friend and I were greeted by an urban lady who asked if we wanted to "review the room before we paid". Thinking this was uncalled for,we trusted the room would be at a suitable standard giving the price. Here goes: -The bed was a single...
