On entering the hotel after our night out we didn't have a room booked which greatly annoyed the man on the front desk. So we booked a room and he told my friend ''just try to make it legible'' when he was filling out the form. I was disgusted by the way we were treated being honest. The water in...

Would have liked shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in room as my stay was unexpected. Plenty of piping hot water . Shower was very powerful. Very easy to park & only a few minutes walk from Bon Secours hospital. Good wifi. Friendly staff.

We stayed here for a long weekend, the hotel was nice, breakfast was good. The hotel was cheaper as it was a bit outside(2km) the town but taxis weren't dear. No pool or facilities like that. Staff were friendly & helpful when recommending the best pubs to go to!

Clean comfortable room, plenty of car parking, unfortunately refurbished room lacked drawers and shelves. In general food good but one meal commented to waiter that the duck was tough; he was very dismissive about the comment.

Stayed here on a Thursday night. Nice room. I'd have found it a touch small if we were there for longer. We walked in and out of town both days. It took roughly half an hour each way. We felt safe on the main road. Didn't eat here but the bar was busy on Thursday night. Overall it was a...

Stayed here to visit the Galway Christmas Market and will definitely be back! Received a warm welcome from the minute we arrived until we left. STAFF were FANTASTIC! Polite, attentive, and very friendly. Room was lovely, very comfortable beds. We were unrushed at breakfast, even though we cut it fine time wise, and we were left to enjoy it which...
