We visited this mouldy dirty road lodge for two days as part of a family trip to Ireland. The location is terrible. Next to road and far from city center. The rooms are old and dusty. One of our rooms had no warm water. The curtains is white with no block out. Lights from car park light up rooms during...

Dear Elsabe G, I note your comments and photos in your recent review and I wish to state that we are adamant that this is not in any way a proportional representation of our hotel property as the numerous previous reviews on trip advisor will testify to. In relation to the photos that you attached to your spurious review it...

As mentioned I did not stay in the hotel, but used the bar and buffet lunch. It was okay, service was non existent, you had to look for a service person. Food was mediocre, the ability to sit outside was nice the ambiance was a parking lot. There is a formal dining room which maybe a lot better on service...

We stayed at the hotel , unfortunately when the buses were on strike. The hotel is not located far from the train station, perhaps 2.0 km. However , when you are carrying a suitcase it's a hike! The food in the hotel was very good and the service was also very good.

An ok hotel, nothing special at all. It served a purpose for us and that was it. I don't plan to return. A very run down hotel with strained efforts to try and do it up a bit with soft furnishings and new wallpaper. But the cracks still showed. The bar staff were the positive in this hotel. On arrival,...

If you're looking for a place to pamper you with first class facilities, this isn't it. What Flannery's is is a practical hotel for the person that wants a place to crash at night that is clean has a good supply of hot water and is quiet. And for a family with a budget the price is more than reasonable....

Having stayed previously and been told Noise was a once off we now realise this is not the case. The hotel is as it says 3 star ...but waiting staff are friendly and helpful . Reception staff are hit and miss ..one completely clueless and another extremely professional... On leaving my husband complained about noise at 2.45 and 4am ..was...
