Nice hotel we had a lovely stay, rooms where nice and spacious! Decor of the hotel could to with a touch up. The hotel is very convenient as it's situated in the heart of eyre square easy to get to from the busy or train station. Staff weren't as nice to say the least, on check in they weren't friendly...

Room was sweltering hot, had to blast air conditioning all night. Front of house staff seemed bored and disinterested, didn't feel welcome at all. Didn't try the breakfast but it did look fresh and nice selection. Great location though.

Hotel was nice - bathroom was freezing but otherwise room was nice. Continental breakfast was fine, but staff when checking in and out were dis-interested - very seldom have we checked out without being asked if we'd enjoyed our stay

Arrived in dark at 6.30 after business meetings and was given a small unheated room hat smelled strongly of paint fumes! The drawer in the clothes press hung open and would not close, I wanted to run out of the place. I called reception and after two calls the manager/office person came to my room and brought me to a...

This hotel appears to be composed of several properties rolled up into one big hotel. The rooms were nice (be careful getting out of the bath tub!), a bit dated, but could have been worse. Several others in our traveling group had issues with the plumbing in their rooms. I believe the hotel took care of those issues. The location...

The Imperial Hotel far exceeded my expectations. I chose it solely based on location; it is right in the downtown of Galeway, walk-able to all to major attractions, restaurants, bars, bus/train station, etc. The room was absolutely huge- bigger than my one bedroom apartment in America! Two full beds, lots of space, a large bathroom, wonderful shower. Breakfast was included...

The hotel is basic and perfect if you're only looking for an extremely central location and a place to sleep. The room itself was surprisingly large and both the room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was pretty terrible, however. The room also wasn't cleaned even though we were there for two nights, although towels...

This hotel has a perfect base. Set in Eyre square, its within walking distance to the great pubs, restaurants, shops and bars that Galway has to offer. From the outside the the hotel looks well & the cash machines out front are very handy. The reception is lovely and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The bar is nice...

I stayed here on my own as I was meeting with friends. I booked it for the price, about € 65 for a single with continental breakfast included so my expectations weren't too high. Hotel is fairly basic but adequate. The staff were very friendly and even gave me the loan of a phone charger when I asked about where...
