Great hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious, great staff, and the complimentary breakfast was to die for. Literally the best hotel breakfast I have had anywhere. Beyond the traditional Irish breakfast fare, there were lovely little extras, like individually wrapped cheeses -- fine cheeses. Delicious biscuits and everything was fresh and hot. The only downside to this hotel is that...

Have stayed at this hotel and also dealt with them for an event. Both on busy weekends with tour buses arriving by the minute, conferences/meetings and stag/hen events. This hotel took it all in it's stride at reception, in the bar and restaurant with no one left waiting or wanting. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spotless, crisp linen and...

The hotel was really nice and the rooms were huge. We had a balcony that we could leave the window and the door open. It was good that we came when the weather was cool at night, there didn't seem to be any AC unit you could control the temperature. We mostly just slept with the window open every night....

We had a lovely celebration here for my Dad's 80th birthday on Sunday 21st May. The food was delicious & the staff were all very friendly & helpful. The hotel itself is very comfortable & has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We will definately consider the Connacht Hotel for our next family occasion!

Stayed here last month for a hen party, and could not have picked a better spot . Very busy but staff are very attentive. Have a bit of a problem when we were trying to check all in but the brilliant receptionist Lisa had no problem sorting things out and in a very professional manner ! Rooms were clean and...

Wasn't impressed with the lobby at all, the floors in the hall are extremely creaky and loud but the rooms are very nice and very comfortable. There was a stain on the one chair that we couldn't identify so we didn't use it but other then that no complaints on the upkeep of the room. Free wifi and friendly staff!...
