The room were spacious. The wheelchair accessible washroom left little to be desired. The squeezable bottles of shampoo and hand soap that were mounted to the walls, were definitely not a favourite. The location itself is good. The breakfast was busy but great. The room was a trek from the main entrance, thankfully I was provided the loan of a...

We stayed here for 1 night before our flight back to the UK. The Hotel is well located with lots of amenities nearby (including a 'SPAR' convenience shop across the road and a 'CENTRA' supermarket within 2 minutes walking distance). The room was clean and modern with all mod cons and the hotel's popularity was there for all to see,...

This large hotel is situated on the Old Dublin road about a 10 minute bus ride from Galway City. It has a splendid Gym and Pool, and overall is a pleasant place to stay, the staff are always attentive and willing to help with many and varied problems. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained, the cleaning staff do...

We booked a 2 bed suite and wheelchair accessible room in August 2015. This hotel is conveniently located to the city centre and a 10 minute drive to Salthill. There is a large car park with disabled parking spaces at the hotel entrance. We stayed on the third floor which is quite a distance from both the reception area and...

Avoid this place like the plague. They destroyed my 12 day stay by confirming my reservation and then giving me a different room and refusing to change it. When you have to sleep in a separate room from your wife for the duration of your stay it ruins things. The hotel is old and dated and the staff is plain...

It is with regret I write these comments regarding the Connacht Hotel. Firstly let me say great location, comfortable beds, staff pleasant and all round generally well presented. However it's time someone got a grip!! I have been staying at this hotel for many years on business and have always been made very welcome by the staff. I appreciate during the...

Great place to stop over in Galway of you don't have a need for all things Irish. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean with professional staff who can't do enough for you. They have a restaurant which closes at 9pm and a bar that stays open late for guests. Breackfast is massed produced and by last sitting at 11am...
