Bernie was the most precious guest. She took care of us from the very first moment, doing all her best to make our stay in her place the most comfortable. We really had all accommodations and help and smiles she could give and we went through absolutely no problem at all during the 5days/4nights we spent at Abbey View. The...

Bernie was a fabulous host. We really enjoyed our stay at Abbey View. I had forgotten my guide book and she had a nice selection I was able to study in the evening. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Bernie really made me feel like family. Would stay again next time I return to Galway.

Stayed at Abbey BnB, just a few kilometres out of the city of Galway. Nice grounds, comfortable house, lovely inside and warm. Bernie is a lovely host. Very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was incredible. Great VFM.

We stayed at Abbey View while visiting Galway and the surrounding areas in February 2017. Our experience could not have been more perfect. The place is perfectly situated with an easy drive (or a bit longer walk) directly into town and easy access to Connemara and main roads to the surrounding areas (The Burren/Cliffs of Moher). The room was the...

Nice B and B. Had a large family room with fire place. Staff is friendly and very helpful with directions and places to see. 1st room had low water pressure in the shower. 2nd room had to share a community bathroom in the hallway. 3rd room had better water pressure but a small room

We were in Ireland for a week and stayed in 6 different places. This was our favorite place that we stayed. We just felt so incredibly welcome. When we arrived, we got to sip some hot tea and eat some cookies next to a crackling fireplace. Then the owner gave us some lovely suggestions on things to do the next...

We stayed with Bernie for 2 nights while we toured the area and she was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to help us get around town, make it on the tour we'd booked and make sure we had a comfortable stay. Bernie's full Irish breakfast was delicious! She does a great job making sure you're well fed before...

My husband and I stayed at this B&B having attended a wedding literally across the road in Glenlo Abbey. We were very impressed. When we arrived the owner Bernie offered us tea or coffee which was served with biscuits and when we came back from the wedding there was a bottle of water on each bedside locker. Our breakfast was...

My husband and I visited Ireland for 8 nights and stayed at this B&B for 2 nights. It was our favorite of the entire trip. We selected it based on reviews from tripadvisor, and they are telling the truth when they say Bernie is the best. She recommended places for us to eat supper in Galway. When we returned to...
