Quaint hotel with excellent service. The receptionist was friendly and answered our many questions, even though the hotel was very busy with a wedding reception. Noticed that she was just as friendly to others asking all sorts of questions. Our room was very spacious and even though we looked right onto the main street, we weren't bothered by the noise....

This is a very clean, central, well run hotel, however, it is very old fashioned and could do with a major overhaul. Rooms are nice and spacious, however the beds are too small and the telly is like something from the dark ages. The staff are very attentive and the location is great. The car is parked for you and...

My wife and I only had one night stay at the hotel, which was a shame as we really loved our stay here. The hotel is centrally located, finding the rear entrance to the car park was easy and on arrival just left our keys with the porter and they sorted out the jigsaw puzzle of the parking in what...

Notice the lack of numbers on the address? Just Forster Street??? Seriously, if you are driving, make sure you have good directions from the hotel staff BEFORE you try to find this downtown hotel tucked away on Forster Street! We had driven through Scotland, France and Ireland for 6 weeks before attempting to locate this hotel in Galway so we...

Hi, this is a centrally located hotel and we loved it. Rooms are nicely decorated- in a fun/cute / colorful way. Looks recently updated. Bathroom was a nice size. It had good counter space which is always a bonus. Staff very nice and helpful except for one guy who covered the night shift. Dining room was good, staff very friendly....

The good: - water kettle with tea, coffee and cookies are included -front desk staff are nice - great location - beautiful hotel The bad: - found a hair on the bed that wasn't mine - floor was slightly sticky - rooms weren't fully made up the next day (pillow wasn't put back, soap wasn't replaced and towels weren't folded)...

I have been going to Park House since I was a student in U.C.G. a thousand years ago and it has never let me down. It is consistently good, wonderful food, beautifully presented and a great menu. Staff are always pleasant and cheerful.

The restaurant staff are very accommodating and had no hassle serving many large tables the night of my graduation. First, we went to the bar for a drink and were served by the 'didn't really want to be there' Eilis, she took our order without a glimmer of a smile, even when we made a joke - nothing, drinks took...

From the moment we arrived, the welcome and service given was fantastic. The staff are obviously very happy in their work, and really cannot do too much for you. Breakfast was a great start to each day, and every meal in the restaurant or bar delicious, and superbly presented. Our upgraded room was beautifully appointed, and had every luxury. All in all,...

Upon arrival we were greeted outside in the car park and our bags were brought in. Before we had even finished parking out bags were brought up to our room. Fast service! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious and clean room with a big continental breakfast. Excellent location with short walks to most attractions. Definitely recommend!

Thank Katie F
