This B and B is in Salthill out of Galway City. We spent 3 nights here. Christina and Steve our hosts were great. The room was lovely, the breakfasts good and the bus into Galway city was just across the road- very convenient. We ate in Salthill a short 5 minute drive away. Also attended "Trad on the Prom' one...

Good location in a quiet residential neighborhood just 15 minute walk to Salthill Promenade, and away from the busier city center, which was perfect for our stay in Galway as a home base for day trips. Nice, clean B & B with kind hosts, but not near as engaging as other hosts we encountered over our two weeks in Ireland....

Amazing location! Within walking distance to water. The bus to city center is directly across the street. Beautiful home. Our room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. Hosts are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of parking at the home. Would stay again and recommend!

The photo doesn't do justice to this very nice B&B. It's much nicer in person. Christina and Kevin were excellent hosts. It's in a good neighborhood very close to the beach. The room was bright and quiet. We had a room with one small bed, so if you want something larger be sure to ask. It's a 45 minute walk...

We arrived at Clare Villa harried from driving the streets of Galway. Christina immediately put us at ease and helped us with accommodations for the next day. Very kind and gracious people. Hope to be able to stay again sometime.

The location is a short leisurely walk to the Salthill Promenade. The end of the street hits the ocean. Parking is offstreet in a private driveway. The innkeeper was responsive to our request for 2 rooms on short notice on a bank holiday. The rooms are clean with white linens and simple photo prints for decoration. Plush warm down comforters...

One of the most comfortable beds we had in Ireland. Wonderful breakfast and the location was just close enough to walk to restaurants. Owners offered to give our group a ride to town if needed, they also have a phone in the sitting room to call the taxi dispatcher. The bus stop across the road is super convenient too. Tip...

Great hostess, great accommodations and good food! We enjoyed our stay, it is a ways down the beach to eating and town. We walked it to eat but took a cab home. Would stay here again, quiet rooms and we had a nice sleep.

This year Weissmuller tour ( Group of friends that tour on motorcycles), rolled into County Galway, with the Aim of seeing the area of County Mayo that in 1951 was invaded my John Ford and the cast and crew of the Oscar winning film “The Quiet Man”. For our stay in the area we booked to stay at Clare Villa,...
