Stayed there last night...room 99 Euro. This place is not fit for human occupation. We did not get a minutes sleep.Noise was dreadful.Rooms were not sound proof and we're stuffy. When leaving room a mouse ran down the corridor much to our disgust. An awful experience.Don't go there....please.

Hi Iantimc, Thank you for your insightful feedback. Unfortunately, were located in the noisiest part of the City, the Latin Quarter, which is where most of the late night entertainment happens, and alas that also brings that noise factor. As for the rooms, I think you might be a bit harsh. Our rooms may not be 4 or 5*, but...

A crowd of us down for the Race week. Hotel was spot on for us. Staff were all great, bar staff, receptionists and doormen, who we got on great with. Entertainment excellent and food very good. Will be back. It's not for young families but it doesn't pretend to be. Quay Street is just one big party/carnival and this place...

The staff here (which were mostly young staff we encountered) are lovely and professional. My burger was nice but overcooked. My friend was very disappointed with her chicken tikka masala, she couldn't eat any of it. I am not one for this type of food but must say it didn't look good.. Certainly not what you'd expect. Then she was...

Friendly helpful staff at the reception desk. Good location. BUT, don't put a Do Not Disturb sign on your door; you will be disturbed at 2:30 am by drunks beating on your door wanting to know what's going on! Also, the furnishings and carpet are in bad condition. The lift was dicey too.

If your a teenager and don't want to sleep all night might be for you. But the music was LOUD and bad until 2am not my idea of fun. Great central location but next to no service from the staff and the free wifi didn't work. Compleatly overpriced.
