We found this wonderful little place on TripAdvisor. So glad the had a room available for us. Ron gave us great advice as to what to see, where to visit, and where to eat. The walk into town was a great way to stretch our legs after a long day of driving and not too fa, even in the rain....

This is the place! It has all of the things you want in a B & B and then some! Centrally located, comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfasts, charming hosts, beautiful garden and comfortable common rooms. If you don't spend a few minutes getting to know Mary and her husband then you will be missing part of the charm of this place!...

It's not often one gets lucky in life but when a colleague of mine told me of Mary and Ron's B&B I said I would give it a shot and boy was I glad. Apart from being so near the city centre their hospitality is unreal. Nothing is a pronmblem for them and they are so appreciative of the business....

My boyfriend and I booked a last minute stay at this B&B and were grateful with how accommodating they were. Mary and Ron, our hosts, really made the stay a great experience. They were so friendly and welcoming during our entire stay, and it was clear they really make an effort to get to know their guests and ensure they...

I had the absolute pleasure of being a guest of Mary & Rons in the Asgard guesthouse, the room was ensuite, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with TV and tea / coffee and yummy biscuits...I really felt at home and in fact slept better here on the cosy bed than in many a 5 star hotel...the full irish breakfast was a...

We were only going to spend the two nights but we were touring the country and our friends were based in town so we kept coming back. Even when they had limited rooms - a two twin for my husband and I which was fine - they checked us in and moved us to a bigger room the very next...

My family and I stayed here for just one night but we tempted to extend our stay. The hosts were very nice, the rooms were cozy, beds were soft & comforable and the breakfast were delicious! Next time I am in Galway, I will be coming back here!

The Bed and Breakfast is conveniently located just outside of the city center. The hosts were very helpful with information about local pubs and local sites. The breakfast was terrific. We would have loved to have stayed another 2 days.

Very convenient to the pedestrian walking mall. Convenient to banking/ATM's, restaurants and sites. Has a beautiful dining area with a green house type set up with views of garden...very nice for breakfast. The hosts are great people and very welcoming.

The guesthouse is conveniently located and Mary and her husband are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was also good. The only downside is that the rooms are small, even by New York City standards. Nonetheless, we would stay at the Asgard again since we spend little time in our room except to sleep.
