This was the PERFECT end to our trip! Mary and Tom are just the sweetest people and so wonderful. The home was built as a B&B and has concrete between the walls to ensure it is nice and quiet! The breakfast was one of the bests and we met tons of great people. It is so close to the water,...

We had a lovely stay in Galway at the Marless House. Mary and Tom's outstanding hospitality made us sad we only had one night there. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best we had our entire trip through Ireland and Scotland. Be sure to ask Mary for recommendations as she had great ones for us....

As with many B&Bs in Galway, Marless House is in a residential neighborhood in Salthill along with several other B&Bs. They have a small sign out front, but even with a GPS we passed it by and had to make a couple more passes before we figured out which house was Marless. The large houses are built very close together...

When you read such good reviews about a place, you know that you are going to a good one. But you also fear that the expectations might be a big high... All I can say it is that, even with such high expectations, we didn´t feel disappointed at all. On the contrary!!!! It is not only that the room was...

Tom and Mary are great. The house is lovely. The rooms are spacious and en suite. Breakfast are plentiful. It's steps from the bus that is a short ride into Galway city centre. Mary gave us such good suggestions, and took the time to map everything out for us. My fiancée and I got engaged while we were in Galway....

We stayed at the Marless House in September 2014, and found it to be very central and easy to get to. The house is a stone-throw away from the water and Salthill promenade. It is a bit far from the Galway city centre (approx. 45 mins walk), but the bus stop is right around the corner for an easy ride....

This was our first and only time we stayed in a B & B in Ireland and trust me there are a MILLION of them...but the Marless house was one of the nicest places we stayed in Ireland as far as feeling like we were at home. We got in kind of late and was worried about still having our...

We stayed at the Marless House for two nights with our teenage son during our tour of Ireland. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had no complaints at all. The location is exactly what we were looking for, far enough away from the city center and its many tourists and steps away from the seaside promenade. It’s located in the...

My boyfriend and I were there in April, the best b&b I've been ! Mary is the great host, offered us tea and cookies when we came. The room was so spacious and tidy with a great view on the beach ! Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice ! I hope someday I return to beautiful Galway and Marless...
