Lovely service with a big breakfast. The host Bernadette cared for our well-being like a Mother. Very nice! !!! It was a warm atmosphere and we enjoyed the stay. To go to the towncentre you need to go 15 minutes. Thank you for the nice time! !

My boyfriend and I were in Galway for one night. We booked at the beginning three nights and two weeks before our stay we had to change it and stay only one. I emailed the BB and got a reply saying that there was no problem at all. When we arrived from the Aran Islands, tired, the owner said that...

The Kiltevna was a nice B & B - nothing fancy, but spotlessly clean and extremely convenient to Galway Bay and Town Center. We spent 2 nights at this B & B, which is in a residential area with quite a few other B & B's, and town houses. We were able to park right in front of the lodging,...

Upon attempt to check in, we were told that another family of 3 had just booked our room that uncanningly were supposed to check-in at the same time we arrived. [What?!!] However, since we were there first, we'd be given the room. Uhm... Slight heart attack for a minute until I realized that the B&B company had probably called to...

We stayed at Bernadette's lovely home for one Sunday night. She was welcoming, the room was large and spacious, as well as spotless. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety to choose from and served in her beautiful dining room. Bernadette saved our aching feet some extra steps when we headed back to downtown in the evening with a short...

The location is fairly convenient for walking to the center of town (provided it doesn't rain!) and there was a GREAT pub nearby that epitomized the essence of the Irish Pub experience, but as for that 'Ireland of the Welcomes' don't especially think you get it here. We arrived late and I do believe the owners were NOT amused. We...

Great location, just a 10 minute walk into Galway right by the Spanish Arch area and Latin Quarter. B&B was clean and the host Bernadette was friendly. It was a little hard to find, our GPS just got us into the little neighborhood where it is located and we had to drive up and down the block a bit to...

Booked through the tourist advisory centre in Galway after arriving in town without any hotel reservation. Stayed only one night. My parents had a large double room with a single bed also in the room, I had a single across the stairs. The rooms, bedding and en-suite bathrooms for both rooms were spotlessly clean. Although the bathroom to the single...

First experience with B&B. Bernadette and Sean were great help with getting around Galway. Room was very nice and clean. Walking distance to city. Breakfast was excellent. Have Gps to find this place. Once there leave your car and enjoy. Close to all sites in west.

My nephew & I stayed two nights and each had our own room. My room had a large bathroom with a tub and the room overlooked a pretty garden out back. The location is over the river past the city center in the Salthill section of Galway and it was a little tricky finding the house if you are driving....
