Myself, hubby and our two year old son stayed here in July for two nights as part of our travels. The accomodation is spotless, breakfast excellent (be sure to enjoy the soda bread muffins!) and Joan is fantastic. Tea and coffee always available in the lounge. It was perfect for our requirements and the price was extremely reasonable given the...

During our journey through Ireland we stayed in several B&B´s and hotels, this is one of the best and not only because of the breakfast (for those who are little afraid of Irish pudding :-)). The scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on toast were perfect. A walk to the Killarney town center takes max.15 minutes. Juliane & Stefan from Germany

Joan's B&B The Harp is conviently located for a short walk to Killarney. Joan is very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfy, the breakfast was excellent and finely presented (she even had maple syrup from Canada). We ended up staying two nights. The price was right, too. You won't be disapointed!

This is by far the very best B&B during our 2 week trip in Ireland. Joan was a very gracious hostess. Her home is in a great location - a short and pleasant walk to town. Joan's home is immaculate, modern, comfortable and beautifully furnished with many 'decorator' touches. We especially loved the lounge area with teas, coffee, and cookies...

Joan welcomed us right in, even though we arrived a little on the late side (after 7:00). She put on a pot of tea for us, gave us some suggestions for the area and showed us to our beautiful room. Everything has clearly been updated in the house as the bathrooms were impeccable (such pretty tile I took a photo...

The hostess was welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed a large, clean room with a modern bathroom en suite, and an excellent "full Irish" breakfast--the best breakfast of our trip. The B&B is located in a quiet neighborhood, a short drive into the town of Killarney, and the price was reasonable. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this B&B!! Donna and Tom

We stayed at 6 different B&Bs while traveling in Ireland and Scotland and Joan's breakfasts were the best. She was very helpful in advising us. The location was close enough to the center of Killarney to walk.
