This B and B is situated on a main road out of the town, about 10-5 minutes walk, where almost all of the old houses have been converted to similar use. I can't compare them but suspect they are of a similar quality. This one is very average. The room was OK but lacking any real comfort. Bath (ie shower)...

Easy access carpark, comfortable sleep, continental breakfast satisfying. Good hot water can enjoy a bath here. Wifi easy with strong connection from room. Clean. No lift here, we requested ground room floor no carrying luggage up the stairs.

Rooms were lovely, ideally located near town center. However Breakfast was only OK & found that staff could have been friendlier. Rooms very spotlessly clean. Perfect for a short stay, we were attending a wedding in the nearby Dromhall hotel & this was perfect walking distance away.

First class. Room large and v comfortable. Staff very friendly, breakfast excellent. Would have liked a bar for the odd Guiness!! Plenty of parking, easy reach of town centre and places to visit like Ross Castle, and Muckross estate

Just spent a two nite stay here and have to say i found it ideally located and within walking distance of kilarney town and surrounding attractions such as the National Park. The bnb it's self was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the staff where extremely friendly. Best of luck with the season ahead.

This b&b is ok, it's grand for somewhere to stay if your planning on being out and about a lot. The location is great, close to town and the INEC. The room was clean enough but there could be more attention to detail, small things like the tv remote and chair could have done with a wipe and there were...
