The best thing about this hotel is the staff who are efficient and friendly. Otherwise it was a great disappointment. The food in the restaurant was poor (dry and lukewarm and the fish was clearly frozen). The bed was hard and the pillow harder. Standard of hygiene was quite good except for the bathroom. Also, while I'm no spring chicken,...

Was going to a concert in the INEC after Christmas and when deciding on a hotel the Gleneagle was one of the dearest in Killarney that night but went with it anyway for the convenience of it. The INEC is part of the hotel. First impressions when you walk in the door are very positive; there is a really nice...

Nice swimming pool but No lockers in the Leisure center (leave your belongings on a bench). The toilets in there are small. Hardly can open up the door if you are inside. A show and dance during the evening. Nice waiters in the Ballroom and in the Backstage Bar. Dimming lights in the bedroom. Almost dark. In the other hand...

Dear Past Guest Firstly we wish to say that we appreciate that everyone is entitled to their own opinion on this forum however we actually find your comments and feedback to be slightly racist with a lot of non factual content. We also do not appreciate advising other people not to eat or stay here, this is in fact against...

The hotel is located roughly 20 minutes walk from the city centre, but we saw a sign for a shuttle bus. The service in reception was friendly and breakfast had a good variety.
