I was traveling with my 2 young children, husband, and mother. I emailed ahead of time requesting a cot for my 1.5yr old child. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and our room was perfectly ready with the cot set up. It's not easy to accommodate our big party in one room (3 separate beds), but...

Stayed two nights here. Room was beautiful and spacious. Bathroom had two sinks and was very nice. Bed was big and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, plenty on offer. Doesn't have a bar or a restaurant so you have to go out for food and socialising. Staff were very nice and welcoming

We were bound to have a good stay here when on arrival we were told we had a free upgrade to a four poster suite! Brilliant. I'm not sure what a normal room looks like but the suite is fantastic. The style is old world, rather than a sleek modern look, and our room had a massive four poster bed,...

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our 10 day trip but at £120 per night it was the most expensive place I've ever stayed at, with no facilities. Normally I would expect Swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room etc. for that sort of cost. Having said that the room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

I booked a 2 night stay at Earls court House. It calls itself a guest-house. I booked it for me and my husband over a month and a half ago. 3 Days before our holiday we got an email demanding us to pay the first night accommodation cost or we would not get the room. I am disgusted by the...

My wife and I stayed here at the end of July. The room was outstanding in every way, clean and modern. The staff were polite and friendly.Location was 10 minute walk from the town centre. If I was very fussy there was no bar but then again its not a hotel. Try here, you wont be disappointed. If I go...

This wasn't cheap.....nothing in Killarney is, but it was very good. Large rooms ,lounge and staircase filled with good quality antiques. Friendly, helpful staff . Excellent breakfast with lots of choices, all freshly cooked, large tables to spread out over. All immaculately clean. A bonus is the tea, coffee and home made cakes every afternoon! We loved the Irish lift...

Unfriendly staff at the front desk, throughout the stay. I have worked and stayed in Ireland for 2.5 years, and all I can say is: very un-Irish, and may make a wrong impression of Ireland to foreigners. I had opted for the 'Queen bed' room - while on a conference trip during July 2015, however, there were heavy, musty drapery...

We had the pleasure of spending three nights at this hotel back in July. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a very nice lady who gave us our key cards, a map of the local area and some tips about where to go. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre of Killarney which made...
