This was by far the best bed & breakfast that we had the pleasure of staying in throughout our entire trip in Ireland. We were lucky enough to spend two nights at the Woodlands. The host was so very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and enjoying our stay. Breakfast was amazing and... More

We tremendously enjoyed our two-night stay at Woodlands B & B last month in Killarney, Ireland. Our hosts, Patrick and Julia, were very welcoming and accommodating. They were very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable about Killarney and focused on our complete comfort. Julia was a great cook, who prepared wonderful breakfasts. Patrick was always cheerful, engaging, customer oriented, provided us with... More

This is a great B&B! Close to the heart of the city, but far enough out that you're not caught up in the traffic. Our comfotable room was upstairs, which would have been a challenge with me on crutches, but hosts Patrick and Julia wouldn't let me lift a finger to get our luggage! The sink and counter were in... We first wanted to stay for 3 nights, extended 2 more. It's been a great place, Killarney national park just across the street and Patrick and Julia gave us great advice what to do nearby and where to go. We did dingle, ring of Kerry and took the bikes to the gap of Dunlop. Best bb we stayed.

Julia and Patrick are wonderful hosts! The lodge is warm, clean and comfortable. Yummy breakfast cares you through the day. Great location to access town by car or on foot and it is on the Ring of Kerry. Marla & Cindy

Our GPS got us lost coming into town & our host stayed on the phone with us til we pulled up. Friendly & helpful with suggestions on what to see & really helped us plan our days to the fullest! Not to forget the breakfasts, they were wonderful with a wide variety of choices!

We stayed two night at Woodlands B&B, it was a great base for exploring Killarney - nice to be out of the center but close enough to walk into town (there is a lovely walk to town via the golf course with fantastic views). Patrick was really friendly and welcoming. The room & bathroom were comfortable and really clean, and... More

Patrick and Julia were great hosts. We arrived early which wasn't a problem. Patrick set us up in our room and directed us to the road to the Ring of Kerry which we were able to drive around that afternoon. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were quite lovely. Patrick was delightful to visit with and very... More

Our stay here was above and beyond. Paddie and his wife Julia are wonderful hosts; kind, attentive and seriously funny. The place was so clean and homey, and just a quick walk to killarney national park. They made the most extravagant and delicious Irish breakfasts. And the best part was getting to know them--they have the most wonderful sense of... More
