Along with two other couples we stayed two nights at this perfect location. Only a five minute walk into Killarney and ideal for touring outside of town. Food was outstanding along with the cozy rooms made this place a definite stop. Would recommend.

Nice and cosy bed and breakfast.. Good options for breakfast.. got hot food options and gluten free bread! Good walking distance from the high street.. Would definitely recommend this place! Very friendly owners and tea and coffee available in the lounge.

One word of advice if visiting in the colder months. Apparently the thermostat is out in the hallway. We went to bed with the bathroom window wide open (that's the way it was when we arrived) and it was freezing in the middle of the night. I closed it too late. The heat never came on again until morning as... More

Ardree House is more of a hotel than a B&B, so it was different than we had expected. Decent size rooms with a nice bathroom. Building and breakfast area are quite beautiful; rooms minimally decorated.

In five weeks of travel through the UK and Ireland this was our most comfortable stay. Spacious rooms, quiet and well appointed. Great location just steps from old Killarney and almost at the gates to the national park. Seriously attentive staff and on-site owners who will also help arrange tours and pick ups. Beautiful property with lovely sitting rooms and... More

Delighted at this B & B on arrival. The front appeared very modern and smart especially as the adjoining one Abbey Lodge which seemed a little run down. Greeted seemingly warmly by a lady who took us on a long walk through the property twisting and turning to our room, mentioning that tea making facility was in the lounge. Our... More

I've stayed in many beds in many third world countries and had yet to experience so many springs poking into my back and ribs. An extra layer of padding barely made a difference. The place is in a great location, and room was larger than most BNB of the trip. Clean!

We got a good deal via KAYAK on this place and it sure met all our needs. Clean room, comfortable bed and in a great location, 5 min walk into town. Overall, a decent B&B which deserves a visit. We stayed at room 7 on the top floor which was quiet and even had som nice views.

We stayed here for a long weekend in August 2013 and were not disappointed. It is ideal for walking into Town (5 mins.) and for a base to explore the rest of Kerry. The room was spacious and comfortable and John the owner was very helpful. I must have let it slip that it was our 25th wedding anniversary, and... More

We liked this B&B. My boyfriend didn't like the lady who greeted us at the door - and she was definitely not as warm and welcoming as some of the other B&B's we stayed at during our trip but I was ok with the more "hands off" feeling I got from this place as in some of the others I... More
