We stayed at this Hotel at the end of August for 4 days on a coach trip run by Caledonia Travel and it was the most disappointing holiday we have ever encountered. The accomodation we were allocated was an utter disgrace, mildew all round ceiling, paper patched up on walls, furniture falling apart and a constant clicking noise at night... More

Lovely food. Friendly staff and a very nice room made our 5 day coach trip really.. enjoyable. The scenery around this area is fabulous. We had a lovely day in Killarney and can recommend visiting the National Park there

The room was slightly dated and we had a problem with the shower, but the staff were very helpful and moved us the next morning without any fuss. The room was very clean. The food was always hot and plentiful and very tasty. The restaurant staff were very efficient and friendly. I would certainly recommend this hotel as good value... More

We stayed one night with a Trafalgar tour and were very well looked after by experienced and friendly staff. Our room was on the ground floor and was large, clean and adequate for a nights stay. No wifi in the rooms so had to sit in the hallway to collect emails, unusual but not a big deal. Breakfast was a... More

Our arrival at the Earl of Desmond had been delayed by late ferry and heavy traffic on our group trip from Merseyside (GB Tours - see separate review), but we were greeted at 10pm with a lovely 3 course meal by friendly staff. (After such a long journey I didn't think I felt like eating until I started it !!)... More

Quaint hotel for the area. Rooms are clean and spacious. However staff are rigid in their delivery of information and services to guests. No flexibility in accessing food service. Food is okay. No wifi if your room is any distance from the common area.
