This was quite stardart hotel. The room was clean, but quite small. Location is great. The hotel's floorplan was very confusing. Overall, I would say, you can find better value for the same money in tralee.

A colleague found this hotel after a massive struggle to get accommodation. As it was pretty much the last room available in Kerry i was not expecting much. What a surprise! Yes, the hotel is a little old and traditional but it is kept in perfect condition inside and out. Food is good. My small bedroom was excellent. The staff...

From beginning to end the staff could not have been more helpful. When we checked in the receptionist noticed that one of our group may have struggled with a 3rd floor room and immediately changed the room for a more accessible room which proved to be very helpful. Spotlessly clean in all areas of the hotel. Very good choice of...

Older hotel with a very hands on owner who greeted us and made sure our stay was wonderful. Key access for the rooms. Wi Fi worked in the rooms, but plugs were a bit scarce. Food was great and the staff very friendly. The Museum and gardens are just down the street, as well as many pubs and shops. They...

This is a very centrally located hotel. However I will not be returning as the box bedroom was too small even for 1 person, ensuite also very small, the vanity table/ desk did not have a seat, so not good if you plan to sit down at a laptop etc. I had to go to the bar to work.

Tralee, a lively town, the door to Kerry's discovery. Amazing friendliness, and helpful locals. The Imperial is right in the center. A few hundred yards away is the magnificent Rose garden. The Hotel is comfortable, really well located, has a very friendly young staff, and the comfort is totally perfect. The food is good, the breakfast particularly well presented and...

Went for lunch here and wow the staff were great! Barman and waiter were so helpful with my coeliac diet - Sean I think his name was! Brilliant altogether. I'd have to say extremely helpful. Definitely would recommend going there for anyone with kids or with any dietary needs. Brilliant.

Needed a one night stop on our Ireland self-drive. Reception staff were very helpful even assisting with ensuring we get a parking spot right outside the hotel. We had a very enjoyable night with a lovely hearty meal in the restaurant. Our room was comfy and warm with wonderful Irish hospitality giving us tips on where to visit during our...
