Vicky couldn't have been a more friendly host! On arrival she had a list of local places with live music for the night and made sure to give us her personal opinion of the best bands. Very helpful. Her home was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Without a doubt it was the most "at home" we felt...

We stayed at the Park Villa B&B in Sep. 2010. As it was on a weekend it was very hard to find a place to stay in Kilkenny. But we very pleased with our stay there. Yes, the rooms are small, but what the heck... you sleep there! The breakfast was very good, the host Vicky was very kind!

What a great experience; it really felt like we were staying with family. The house was built to be a house, and it is now functioning as a B&B, which we love. There is no hotel feel in any way, which only adds to the feeling of welcome. Pat and Vicki are fantastic hosts with great senses of humor, and...

If you want a room the size of a postage stamp & a bathroom even smaller this is your place. We thought the hostess was somewhat unfriendly upon check-in but had an excellent breakfast. We stayed in several other B&B's that way surpassed this one. I would not stay there again.

Vicky is a great host. Her B&B is clean and tidy, comfortable with a friendly atmosphere. The walk into town is pleasant, about 10 minutes - a drive would make it 2 minutes. Dinner recommendation (Langton's) was excellent. Vicky's Irish Breakfast was the best we had in Ireland. We will stay again!

Vicky was warm and friendly and full of suggestions. Sadly we only had one night (the first after an overnight flight) and she made everything just right. We had a marvelous breakfast and she made the accommodations very relaxing and inviting.

Vicky and Pat were brilliant to us during our stay in Park Villa, originally we had booked a b and b a bit too far from the town so vicky took us in last minute which was so lucky for us with such short notice, she did a bit of calling around and made room for us. My sister and...

Vicky was a wonderful hostess and made us feel immediately welcome. Kilkenny is a great city to walk around and we had lots of helpful advice about what to see and do in the area and enjoyed a terrific dinner at a restaurant that Vicky recommended. Our room was spic and span and breakfast was yummy. Park Villa was like...

Stayed 3 nights here, and had a wonderful time in the area, mostly thanks to all the great tips given to us by Pat, our host. He is so knowledgeable about the nearby sights and gave us wonderful suggestions! We learned a lot about this lovely country by staying here.

Our family of 4 and parents were very pleased with the location and quality of Park Villa Inn. Vicki and her husband are great people. We appreciated their insights and conversations. Also, the tips on where to eat and visit really helped us enjoy our visit in Kilkenny.

“We had the room on the street side. It had some road noise, and the sink in the bedroom was a little weird. Also the mirror on the other side of the room , is really misplaced.”
