The hotel was very central therefore did not have to use a taxi. The room was very comfortable and safe due to the card needed to use the lift. We also had a very enjoyable evening meal and a last drink at the late bar

We had a blast thanks again. Will be recomending to other hens, the only downfall was 3 people got the lasagne and all 3 people had dodgy tummys after eating it for the rest of the nite and next day other than that we had a rite time location is brilliant

The worst thing about staying in the Kilford arms hotel was not the tiny room at the end of a rabbit warren of corridors, it wasn't that the shower seemed to be on its last legs, it wasn't the dubious stain on one of the towels or that the bathroom door could only be opened from the outside if closed...

Checked in at 4pm, bar area full of drunk people. Room miles away, up and down numerous flights of stairs to get to room, no offer of help with bags. Guests in the rooms around us were drinking in the corridor when we got to room. The noise continued all night and morning. We got no sleep at all, people...

We spent 2 nights and were rather disappointed by the standard of the room! The bed was comfortable enough but the whole place is dated and needs a good overhaul! I actually felt that I would scrub the tiles in the bathroom and also the floor! As for the carpets, they should be removed and replaced!! We asked for a...
