Hello readers.....I chose this hotel for a stop gap on route travelling across to the far west coast of Kerry. There was 4 of us 2 adults & 2 kids (5 & 2) . It was a very reasonable £58 total and we chose the no breakfast option as we thought this was a little pricey for Brekie. There is...

Stayed one night on arrival in Limerick. Location far less than perfect and hotel designed for bus groups from the continent. Only plus was the wi-fi and clean room. The breakfast was lousy and without pre-buying the breakfast plan at 10 euros a head, certainly not worth it...

Hi There, We stay here on the 16th July 2013 . I never complain but the Maldron Hotel in Limerick has a plumbing problem. When you flush the toilet, you are met with what could only be described as a fog Horn load noise the vibrates around the room and can be heard in other rooms on the same floor....

This hotel is badly in need a updating. When we entered the room we were greeted by the smell of stale smoke. The room was filthy with stains on every piece of furniture, the carpet and even the walls. There was no air con so it was extremely hot and stuffy. The water pressure in the shower was very week....

Stayed overnight while touring the west. Nice hotel & got a great last minute deal. Lovely breakfast! Could have been doing with air con or a fan in our room, as it was 29.5 degrees while we were travelling & the room was soooo warm. Still-we dont often get temperatures like that in this country so I am sure this...

Proximity to Shannon Airport is the only thing positive I can say about the Maldron Limerick. The hotel is so outdated and in need of a facelift. Our room was clean and comfortable enough but the lighting in the bathroom was so dark you couldn't see anything. The water pressure for the shower was so low it took forever to...

I had arranged to meet an acquaintance for lunch at the Maldron .. when I arrived I did as requested, and asked the receptionist to ring his room. When she finally acknowledged me, and reluctantly dragged herself away from her computer, she did not greet me, just rang the room number and thrust the phone into my hand rudely. There...

Great accessibility near the M20. M18 and M7 motorways. The rooms were nice and comfortable. There was good food in the bar. Breakfast was tasty. The immediate area around the hotel is not good but taxis seemed plentiful and it was just a short drive to the city centre. The walls and skirting boards need a lick of paint and...

Spent 2 nights in the Maldron Limerick with our handball club & from check in to check out we could not fault the service, accommodation or staff. Pool was spotless, food was great, beds super comfy and plenty of parking. There are plenty of amenities close by & is still close enough to the city without being too close. Only...
