Last minute reservation on Booking.com when little else available, but it was cheap and for the most part, cheerful. I was given a room overlooking the Shannon River, which was great. The location really is excellent, and walking out of an evening along the river was lovely. Reception staff were efficient and helpful. Bar staff were friendly and apologised (...

Hotel ideally situated in area, staff very good and friendly, rooms view was a brick wall looking into other bedrooms ☹️ television had no sound and missing some channels but for a one night stay it would be OK

I stayed for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and service. The location is hard to beat - right in the city centre with shops, bars and restaurants a plenty on your doorstep. There is a car park in the basement - it was full when I arrived at 9pm but I was offered complimentary parking in...

True, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. But the room was comfortable and we had a view of St. Johns Castle and the water. Great location for walking to the castle and around by the water. A bit noisy with the traffic. Sad there is no discount for quests at breakfast for staying at the hotel. We got...

Early check in allowed after a second receptionist got involved, the first just told us we should come back at check in time and begrudgingly let us store some luggage. Hotel maintenance was happening when we did go upstairs and walls and doors were being painted, with the staff sat on the floor playing music from their phones. After climbing...

Stayed 2 nights. Friendly welcome on arrival (past midnight). Little concerned when we found the car park (we had hired a car which was in pristine condition) the one remaining space was pretty narrow. Small room which smelt of smoke (cigarette burn on the carpet) - and we spotted the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. It took...

Spent 2 nights here. The first obstacle to overcome is parking. The hotel has a very limited amount of spaces available in the underground car park. So limited in fact that our car was blocked in and we were unable to leave. The room was small and slightly outdated but comfortable. Mind you the fire alarm going off at 04.30...

Ok so great location but failing on a lot. We were told when booking we could park our car in the parking lot fee of charge we thought great! The rooms are very small it is not by means a luxurious hotel but it's clean and perfect for a hotel close to town that you don't want to spend a...

We spent one night in limerick while traveling around. The hotel is ok even if rooms need a bit of updating. Conveniently located and with a perfect car park, looks a bit shabby. The worst part though had to do with the room not perfectly clean...
