The Clarion is a nice clean and well kept hotel on the quay. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. It is a nice walk to town center and other points of interest. If you are looking for a quiet out of the hustle and bustle of downtown this hotel is for you. It is not meant...

Managed to check in early. Room was clean and well sized. Terrific rate for the room and an amazing view. Parking is a car park across the road which is €10 a day. Staff were very well presented and friendly. Next time in Limerick, I'll be staying here.

Thank you for your 5 star review. I am delighted to read you enjoyed your recent stay with us and that we were able to accommodate you with an early check-in. As a city centre hotel we do not have our own parking facilities but have a negotiated rate available for our guests, €8.50 for a 24 hour period, with...

I visited this hotel with my girlfriend and parents. My room had a leaking air con vent, a dodgy unsafe 8th floor window, filthy curtains and out dated room. Because of the leaky vent I requested a room change to which I was sent to a room with 2 single beds when I seen this I demanded at least a...

Thank you for your review. I am extremely disappointed to read that you did not enjoy your recent stay with us. I am especially disappointed to read your comments regarding your original room and would like to assure you this is not the usual standard we expect to offer to our guests. We have 2 full-time maintenance staff who work...

Stayed on a busy weekend in August in Limerick. There was a big GAA game on. We were greeted well and the room was excellent. There are some stunning views from the hotel. The room was absolutely fine. I couldn't fault it. The gym was good too and while the swimming pool is small, it is adequate for the fact...

This is the best views of any hotel in Ireland with most of the rooms having an excellent view up and down the River Shannon. Breakfast was excellent with good range of hot and cold food. The bar food seemed to be excellent Asian style food, well presented and the bar was full of local families.

We knew we would be late arriving to this hotel so we rang it during the day to let them know. They originally could not find our pre paid booking, but after a while they found it in their system, saying someone had cancelled it. But they did not have any details as to when or why, but the reception...

Stayed here overnight with friends, to enjoy a night out in the city. It was very clean, the staff were attentive, and the bar food was lovely! 10 minute walk to the city centre also. Breakfast is €10 when booked on arrival with reception, if you don't book, you pay more!! Parked in the public car park nearby, €8 for...

Disappointed with bedroom and bathroom. Very clean but not 4* standard. Bed old and sunken. Regular mattress & pillows, not of 4* hotel standard. Room furniture and decor adequate but dated - felt like a budget hotel room rather than 4* given what's available elsewhere. Bathroom very dated, have to climb into bath to use shower. Stayed on a Friday...

Had an overnight business trip to Limerick, remembered the hotel positively from 4 years ago and was automatic choice this time round. Walked down from the railway station which is within a reasonable distance, even with a suitcase, and found nothing much had changed, I'm glad to learn the boardwalk is to get a makeover as that was lovely 4...

There was a group of us stayed in the Clarion Hotel Limerick last weekend. I could not recommend it highly enough. The hotel is located a mere ten minutes walk from O'Connell street. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and even though the restaurant was very busy as there was also...
