A freshly cooked hearty breakfast set me up for the day. Homely atmosphere ,Olive is a most gracious host, she even did some washing for me.nothing was too much trouble. In Windsor Lodge B&B you feel yourself like honorable guest of the house in the most precise meaning. It's like a being in your grandparents home who want to make anything for you to feel cozy. Rooms are very comfortable, all facilities are handy and house is clean and elegantly decorated. You can use free wireless internet access in the...

A perfectly satisfactory place to spend one night - space was not huge, but the room was very clean, and we were able to open the window at night and not hear traffic noise, even though the B&B is on a main road. Bed was a not soft for my liking, and bathroom was well-organised. A little too far from...

We recently stayed at the Windsor Lodge for the An Post Ras cycling race. We had a large group and needed extras such as a room for massage, team meals, washing bikes and vehicles and the host even washed our clothes. They were amazing and went above and beyond. Highly recommend staying at the Windsor Lodge if in Drogheda, Ireland!...

Very friendly staff, we were made to feel very welcome and it was child-friendly. Clean and comfortable accommodation and good location for exploring surrounding areas and beyond to Dublin. Would also recommend nearby Garveys restaurant (family friendly)

John and Olive could not have been nicer. We stayed in 3 rooms for the weekend and were made to feel really welcome. John was always on hand to recommend anything we required and everything he suggested was first class. Rooms were perfect for our needs and breakfast was excellent. A*****

We opted to stay here one night (when we flew into Dublin) as it was convenient to visit New Grange the next day. It is only about 35 to 40 minutes north of the Dublin airport. We had a twin room with bathroom and a free breakfast. (No lift, so you will need to carry your baggage upstairs). Pros: clean...

Our group of golfers just finished a week long stay at Windsor Lodge. We couldn't have been more pleased. John and Olive were attentive to all our needs: restaurant recommendations, local sights to see, timing of breakfast, access to ice, and lending an umbrella when we needed one (fortunately only once). They allowed our group to have all the rooms...

My 3 kids and I were made to feel very welcome in Drogheda's finest B&B. Olive sat with us and told us of the local amenities the kids would be interested in after we arrived, a really lovely, helpful lady. She made our stay in Drogheda and her beautiful B&B all the more relaxing. Brekkie was yummy and everyone was...
