We camped for 6 days. Arrival was fine, good spot for pitching the tent and plenty of space. The wash-up block was clean but no times of opening or closing on the outside of the door, but clearly stated inside, which isn't much help. I asked a cleaner who was on her way to open it and she yelled a...

I booked and paid for a three nights tent pitch. I understood that it was not refundable if I decided to cancel up to three days prior to the event. On the morning of our second day on site myself and my family asked for a refund of the third night due to the state of the campsite and the...

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed it, we had a great plot, and thought the facilities were excellent. They were cleaned regularly, the showers were hot and the dishwashing facilities were excellent. The grassy bits did get muddy after a day of rain, but what do you expect on the peaty soils os the west of Ireland! I...

Staff are absolutely fantastic. Helpful, kind and will accomodate every need. As a disabled person, Paul was waiting to help with my awning, such a friendly person. The sandpit in the caravan park is well equipped and brilliant for the children to play and mingle. Quiet site, safe for families and showers were immaculate at all times. Only downside was...

Had a great stay, something to do for all the family. Even though the campsite was crowded and it was raining (not their fault) we had a great stay. Loved the House and the Pirate adventure park, kids could not get over the zip line or the boats. Staff in the house, at cafe/bar and pirate rides extremely nice and...

We were a little nervous as we have had a very mixed camping experience this summer but with low expectations we were happily surprised. The camp grounds are nicely laid out. The big sandpit for kids in the center is a lovely idea. The drainage is good. The toilets and showers are serviced regularly and reasonably clean. The location is...

Really pleased with our recent stay at Westport and particularly impressed with cleanliness of showers, toilets and washing areas. Well done to the cleaners! There was plenty of room for pitches and the site was generally quiet at night. We'll definitely go back and I'd recommend as a family site.

Just back from five nights camping here and had a fab time with my wife and two young boys (5 and 1). We hadn't camped for this long before and were delighted with how it worked out. We were in the part of the park with the caravans (although were just camping). It was compact, had lots of showers/sinks/toilets as...

Spent three nights in the Westport House campsite. It was the first big camping trip for the family, 2 adults and 2 small boys (ages 6 + 4). We found the campsite to be well organise, extremely easy for beginners like ourselves to get around and get ourselves organised. All the tent pitches were sheltered, there were bins all over...
