This is one of the nicest B&Bs I have ever stayed in. We booked last minute for a Saturday night after a big mix up in dates with another B&B, and Mary accommodated us perfectly with unreasonably short notice. On arrival, we were given coffee, tea and homemade scones. The rooms were great and Mary was the perfect host. The...

This is a lovely B and B just on the edge of Westport. It has the best view from the conservatory where you will be welcomed with a cup of tea and a scone. Mary looks after her guests like family and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Stay here if you want a home from home.

We stayed at Mary's b&b for a week in July 2013 (not 2014). And had a marvellous time. Mary is a helpful and kind lady and the place is peaceful and beautiful. The garden was lovely for a professional botanist ;-) from Norway. When we had a problem finding the place at our arrival, Mary drove out to meet us....

I stayed here for 1 night as I was travelling onwards and was disappointed I wasnt staying longer! I was treated to wonderful hospitality, the single room was en-suite, spacious and spotless with an excellent shower. The hostess offered tea/coffee on arrival and the breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. It is located maybe a 20-25 minute walk from Westport...

We stumbled upon Rockville B and B based on a recommendation by a family member. This was the most refreshing 2 nights of our 2 1/2 week trip to the Irish Republic. We were greeted by Mary with tea and coffee, perched ourselves in her front room, mesmerized by the grandest panoramic landscape of Ireland. We literally could not leave...

What a wonderful find. We always look for the shamrock sign because we know it will be of a good standard but Rockville was exceptional. Mary is one of the friendliest people we have ever met and how she keeps such a fantastic garden and business going on her own is incredible. Even without the fabulous view of the bay,...
