First of all - this is a great B&B. The house is nice, the beds comfy, rooms spacious, bathrooms modern. The place is quiet, warm and perfect to get good rest. Breakfast is tasty too. But the key to a pleasant stay in a B&B is the feel. After all you are not in the hotel where you can be...

Highly recommend this lovely B&B. We won't be bothering with the big hotels in Monaghan again. Super friendly and accommodating hosts. Clean, spacious and very comfortable accommodation and excellent breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more. Lovely and peaceful too- unlike the big hotels. My only regret- we couldn't stay longer!

The only thing better than this wonderful B and B were the couple who owned it. Donal met us outside and warmly greeted us- as we drove up after a long day of driving. He made us feel very welcome. The room we stayed in was lovely. Clean as could be with everything that we needed to feel at home,...

I stayed with Donal and Mary every Sunday to Thursday for three months while working in Monaghan. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable during my stay. The rooms are very comfortable, spotlessly clean and have everything that you could require, ensuite, flat-screen TV, wifi and tea and coffee making facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for Donal and...

My husband and I stayed here recently for one night and we couldn't fault it. We received a warm welcome from the owner Mary and later met her husband Donal who were both extremely helpful. The room was warm, clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the soft furnishings were lovely. There was an endless supply of hot water...

We stayed with Mary and Donal at the end of September as my husband was doing the Monaghan Marathon. We had a delightful stay at Tullybryan for 2 nights. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, even a heated blanket on the bed. Mary and Donal were very welcoming and even offered to drive me to meet my husband at...

Stayed here on a Saturday night. My partner and I were attending a wedding in a local hotel. On arriving at the bed and breakfast Mary (the owner) was outside to greet us. The room was very cosy, with lovely little extras! Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. All round a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend!

Just booked Tullybryan House B & B last minute yesterday as we were going to a wedding in Monaghan. I would like to point out there was nothing last minute about this charming B & B. The owner was so welcoming as was his breakfast this morning.

A lovely quiet wee guesthouse on the outskirts of Monaghan. My husband was running the Monaghan Phoenix Marathon so we had breakfast around 7:30am on the weekend, yet nothing seemed to be any trouble for Donal. Mary and him were so welcoming and friendly, we felt right at home.
