Lovely location overlooking the park and river with great sized room. First impression was good although no parking except in multi story further along the road. Reception was a little unusual with a mixture of staff ranging from very pleasant and professional, to absolutely disinterested and one young lady I can only presume was in costume for a fancy dress...

Nice hotel. But matress was poor. It felt like there was a big whole in the middle. Extremely friendly staff. Nice food and great breakfast. Nice to overlook the park while eating breakfast. Parking nearby.

We arrived early, before the room was ready. Reception was very courteous, showed us through to the lounge where we had drinks and snacks while waiting. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent! We would stay there again.

Good location. Excellent staff. Clean. Quiet. Bed was a little hard so stiff in the morning. Coffee was not fresh at breakfast. Parking on street. Overall enjoyed my stay and would choose again. Thanks

Fairly basic hotel, however the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Only downside was that the wifi seemed to only work in the reception/lobby and not the room. But that's a minor flaw. No frills but smack bang in the middle of town.
