Loved Dooleys, nice hotel in a great location to walk Waterford. It's also directly across the street from where the busses stop so it was easy to catch the bus back to Dublin. They have a restaurant and a bar which is where we chose to eat and drink. Great staff there, we'd definitely return here. Rooms were nice, quiet...

We stayed for two nights over the long weekend. Got the train and was only about a 5min walk from Plunkett station. Room was nice, two large beds. Bit outdated but was comfortable and had everything we needed. Had breakfast in the bar was okay could have been nicer. Dinner in the Ship restaurant was lovely, 3 courses for €20....

Room smelt of smoke - no excuse for that. A real shame as it was otherwise of a high class. Nice room apart from that. Handy for getting off the ferry and making some headway into Ireland before stopping. Near to the centre.

Very central, clean and tidy however room in need of updating also Full breakfast was lovely ,we also had steak and chips in the evening it's a must have! Staff are friendly . If the room was more up to date I would have no problems staying there again , prefect location and opposite the bus station .

We stayed here in the lead up to Christmas 2016 and had a very good and comfortable stay. The hotel was quite busy and there was a real festive buzz about the place with people coming and going. All the staff we came in to contact with were very warm and friendly and greeted you with a big welcoming smile....

This hotel seems to cater mainly for coach parties.I went on a coach trip and 2 coach parties were staying at the hotel but the restaurant staff coped well. There is a lift to the first floor but there are quite a lot of stairs to negotiate which could make it a little difficult for some people. There is freeview...

Stopped here for one lunch day. The staff was very friendly and nice, even if the service was a bit slow. My chicken wings and chips, we're very yummy and I was overall happy with my choice to dine here!
