We stayed one night on the tour. From the outside, it looks like a great place. Enjoy everything looks sleek and modern. It's a very different story when you go to the rooms. One of our suitcases was delivered to the wrong room (and we weren't the only ones!) There were no extra pillows available. We tried to shower after...

Myself and partner stayed here for one night as a birthday treat. Upon arrival the hotel looked modern and was happy to check in. On entering the room (105 on the side of the hotel) i noticed that the room was very basic, there were no handles on the window so unable to close it properly, though i doubt this...

The staff were friendly and accommodating, rooms clean and spacious and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Food was delicious and restaurant had a nice atmosphere. The only problem we had was the situation of our room, we were on the fourth...

We stayed one night as pit stop from Dublin to Cork. Good value, but noisy, very very warm, no power in shower, food only average...feel that it can and should do better. Staff were friendly. Pics look nicer that out was in person.

We arrived at the Fitzwilton before check in, and after the drive from Dublin following our arrival at the airport a few hours before. It was hot...unseasonably hot and we weren't feeling the best. The staff, clearly sensitive to our state of being, couldn't have been kinder. Apologetic that our room wasn't ready for us ( why should it have...
