Having been there quite a number of times for Christmas and for afternoon tea we were extremely disappointed with the lunch from there fixed price menu. Generally the food is pretty good. We opted for two courses and the dessert was far more filling than the main course!! For the main course we had sea bass and it very much...

Arrived at 1pm, bar was empty apart from a couple sitting in side. Wanted an inside table but was told they were reserved, but we could sit outside. This we did, ordered cream tea for 2. Pot of tea turned up, 10 minutes later so did the sandwiches and scones. Looking for the egg and cress, not one in sight,...

We stay at this hotel regularly and the exceptional service is consistent. Staff friendly and professional. Meals excellent and good value. Pleasant gardens with several areas to sit and relax. Ask to see room as they vary from basic to suites. Highly recommended.

As I was in Uxbridge for meetings, staying at the Barn Hotel was very convenient. It is only a 3 minute walk from the Ruislip underground station. Check in as well as check out was easy and fast. Staff was friendly and helpfull. The room itself was small and the bathroom even smaller. Bathroom was new and very clean. Just...

We stayed here after a concert at wembley so we were tired when we got back to the room. The beds in the twin rooms are very small single beds and we felt like we would fall out at any moment. But the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was hot and tasty and they kept us topped up with...

Stayed here a couple of times for work, really nice, quiet and clean. Not anywhere near central London but good links to the city. Restaurant is good and decent choice of beers too. I was upgraded to a suite which really was something to behold, an enormous room and bathroom. yes would go back

I stayed on business and having arrived late at night found I'd been upgraded to one of the lodges which had beautiful rooms. The hotel was very conveniently located to the town and the railway station and in a lovely setting with very pleasant gardens and outside areas. The staff were all very accommodating and with my needing to order...

Stayed here for 4 days on business. Pro's. Parking, very close to tube, the main building is lovely and this is where the rooms pictured on the website are. Con's The rooms in the block I was in 45-60 are tiny and very dated. The bed was a three-quarter length single (as pictured). The shower was one of those attached...

Stayed many times before hotel is in a good position for transport links to London Town station just a very short stroll away. Booked a period room and ended up with a room we had stayed in before. On that occasion we reported a couple of things that could do with attention in the room. However we found the plumbing...

Thank you for your comments regarding your stay, we will look at the issues you have highlighted, unfortunately due to our Period Rooms being within our listed building we are very restricted in updating certain aspects of the room, but we continue to improve our facilities. We hope you will return to our Hotel in the future.

We as a family of 25 went to the Barn Hotel for Sunday lunch. I cannot fault it. The food, service and ambiance were excellent. The hotel and surroundings are beautiful. The inside of the hotel lovely and a pleasure to look at. A hotel for traditionalists not for those who enjoy a modern looking hotel. Google them and see...
