We booked into this hotel requesting a double room with breakfast, when we got there we had to fight our way through a lot of blue bottles, and went up to the room to find it was two single beds, when we complained we were told that the beds would be pushed together, after looking at the shower we said...

Just back from weekend in Harrogate and luckily only spent one night in this shambolic establishment. We refused the first room which was located in the 'gods' and was completely not acceptable even for a Budget Hotel! I previously lived and worked in Harrogate for 25 years so know the area inside out together with the wealth of hotels and...

Booked this hotel on the last minute. Wanted somewhere with parking and near to the town but did not read reviews beforehand. Will not do that again. Had a look at the room and the bed was clean, en-suite in a cupboard was just about passable so we decided to stay the one night. There was plenty of hot water....

After we found some bad reviews on here about this B&B we were bothered that we had booked two nights here. We were surprised to say the least by the clenliness of our room, the breakfast room needs a lot of work as it looks like an unfinished project, the breakfast was what you would expect from a budget B&B....

My partner and I had the unfortunate experience of staying in this dump weekend of 7th July 2012. Totally unprofessionally run, a complete mish mash of a bedroom to which we were left to our own devices when the original hotel we waterlogged, the 'manageress' took us to the reserve hotel and drove off leaving us to go into a...

There are countless reasons not to stay at this hotel....Although trying to deal with a manger that either lies or refuses to speak to you is a nightmare. She happily took £260 out of my account without my permission.... It is a trully horrendous place and they do not deserve to take money off the public any longer. This matter...

Problem after problem and none of the staff are willing to help or care about anything except making money. Owner/manager very rude with no people skills or manners. Serious safety issues as the staff are willing to give out keys to rooms for people to just give to random people they dont know just so they can make a few...

My partner and I had booked to stay here for our anniversary weekend as we were going to the Ripon races, as it was a last minute I didn't check any reviews which I always usually do before booking....BIG MISTAKE!! Was greeted by a unpleasant smell in the reception so wasn't a great start. Our room was very dated and...
