Very central location, one step away from exhibition center. Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff. Perfect for a business trip. They also place teddy bears on the beds - which is very cute! The hotel is located in a residential area which is very quiet at night too.

Marie met me at the door and was warm and friendly throughout my stay - my room (No 2 ) was spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated. Marie also kindly let me check in early so that i could register for the conference I was attending, and also to leave my bag with her after checking out so that i didn't...

My only criticisms: smell of cigarette smoke wafting occasionally through from? staff quarters - off putting if you're not a smoker. Bed not amazingly comfy but individual ideas of comfort vary and I am quite picky. Would be nice to have fairtrade tea and coffee...

The rooms are spotlessly clean with every amenity you could need. Breakfast was delicious, so much choice and perfectly cooked. I think some of the bigger hotels could learn from Marie about customer...

The cleanest b&b, lovely breakfast choices, fresh fruit, yoghurt and full english! Warm welcome from all the family. Rooms with all you could need including biscuits and a jar of sweets, bottled water and a choice if teas. The beds were the most comfortable ever with toppers and feather pillows. Thank you both xx
