Spent a lovely weekend at this little gem. The room was spotlessly clean and decorated very tastefully. We had a room at the front with a large bay window which made the room bright and airy. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with locally sourced produce, a special mention must be made for the sausage alone, very meaty and...

Very pleasant B&B. Friendly efficient owners, and really good breakfast. Very close to town centre and opposite the conference centre. Car park behind. If you aren't fit and able, avoid the top floors and request a lower room. The staircases are steep.

I check in yesterday for a three day conference after a long train journey. The hosts are welcoming and friendly and the single ensuite room is clean and well furnished. What I really like tho are all the little details and locally sourced items, from water to toiletries to breakfast everything has been thought about and given a local touch....

Stayed here in transit. Good value for money, and excellent brekkie. Accommodation of high standard, and very friendly owners. Downside, rather a pathetic shower. Am used to a power shower, so that was disappointing. Apart from that would highly recommend.

Lovely bed and breakfast, ideally situated for Harrogate International Conference Centre, town centre and Betty's Tea Shop. Friendly welcome from the owner, fabulous breakfast, clean rooms and comfy beds. What more can you ask for? Thank you Kim and team. X

Situated just outside the town centre and close to the Harrogate International centre this is a beautifully kept very homely guest house. It came highly recommended and I understand why. I needed secure parking for a motorcycle and a space was made available to keep the bike dry and secure. Run by a couple who clearly care about making their...

Stayed here overnight my friend and I in a twin room and my daughter in a single room with double bed. Arrived around midday and Kim met us in their private car park and was able to pop cases in my daughters room as ours wasn't quite ready so we could explore harrogate and go for lunch. This bed n...

We stayed here recently and I would really recommend it. Spotlessly clean, really spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious. The location was great and was situated to the bars and restaurants of Harrogate.

Friendly greeting from one of the owners as I was parking the car. The building is a nice Victorian building with nice period features and high ceilings. My room was on the 2nd floor (no lift) and positioned at the front of the building. Despite the modern double-glazing there is some traffic noise from the main road but it didn't...

Kim and Simon were so friendly and welcoming to my friend and I during our stay. We were so impressed with the quality and comfort of the accommodation and the breakfast was delicious, with a good range of choices. Our flask was filled up with fresh coffee to sustain us on our journey home. We will certainly recommend the Camberley...
