We booked online and were asked to share on Facebook, which entitled us to a free upgrade and free drinks. We did this, but I'm not sure if we received the upgrade. We had already booked a better room and it was quite small. However, if was comfortable and well decorated. A couple of minor snags, the sink in the...

My wife and I booked into this hotel on a 'Buyagift Voucher' for 2 nights B & B. Our room was very pleasant, clean and the bed was comfortable. We did not have dinner in the hotel but we did have Breakfast on both mornings. We were delighted to find that there were several 'fish options' available (which suited me)....

We stayed here on a deal with Wowcher and on arrival realised we had been before. Last time, about 3 years ago, it was a very dated, there were very few staff and it was generally in need of a makeover. But this time it was completely different. The room was bright, airy and clean, with a balcony almost overlooking...

The hotel is set in a great area just right for walkers, also in easy reach of all the museums situated around the Ironbridge area. The hotel is very comfortable, with great views from your room. The food was excellent, small menu but a good choice. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, all this made a great stay there.

Room was very nice with a balcony overlooking the lake. Bar area was really nicely done out. Location fab...

Dear Jane, First and foremost please accept my apologies for a disappointing stay. Our heating system comes on at various times throughout the day, importantly it is also controlled by a thermostat - much the same as in your own home. We can turn it up or boost it on demand. Additionally, portable heaters and/or blankets can also be provided....
