Good modern hotel but surprising that for a 3-floor hotel it has no lift. Car park is a public chargeable car park. City centre location but quiet because it has good double glazing. Menu in the Beefeater is a bit unimaginative.

Usual Premier Inn hotel, all as expected. Friendly staff explained the parking system in Milton Keynes which was useful. Parking at the hotel is cheap and you can walk everywhere in 10 - 15 mins. I will use them again.

Can not fault the hotel change. I mistakenly booked the wrong weekend away. Wanted 13th but booked 20th in error. Also booked the saver rate that offered no refunds if cancelled. On arrival to hotel I realised my error, the receptionist on duty kindly rang the other 2 hotels within the area to see if they could accommodate us for...

Room was very spacious and incredibly clean. Bed oh so comfy, very quiet too. The restaurant next door was brilliant, great staff and lovely food. Keep up the good work...

As with most Premier Inns it was basic, clean, comfortable with what you need for a comfortable night's sleep. I found the staff friendly and helpful, they aimed to please. Unluckily for us we had Bigfoot staying directly above us who didn't give a monkeys about how much foot thumping noise he made. That's not the hotels fault. I felt...
