Very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location , 5 minute walk to shopping centre and plenty of restaurants . Room very clean and comfortable. Only downside couldn't get the room warm. Beefeater next door was good. Parking excellent.

Booked a room for three for two nights. We arrived at 9ish in the evening. The room smelt dampish when you first walked in. If was made up for three but towels for two. On the second evening again we were short on towels and there was no shower gel! We had guests above running around from 5am on the...

Everything in easy walking distance shops and loads of eating places if you fancy a change from an excellent Beefeater. Parking is a bit of a pain as you have to pay daily £5.50 per day is fine as long as you are in the purple bays which are everywhere.Staff are great always helpful and friendly.

As Premier Inns go this was pretty much par for the course. Parking was easy although you did have to pay and the walk to the Snowzone and other attractions was short but perilous (you have to cross a dual carriageway without a pedestrian crossing nearby). Not much I can say about the room as it was standard PI fare....

Very cold room as windows are single panel, very cold breeze through the gaps and noisy thermostat in the room, so lack of sleep. The Beef Eater next door was very good and the service and food was fantastic.

We three had a huge room, epic comfort regarding beds linen and towels, no noise, black out blinds. Excellent sleeps! Super staff we upgraded and bought the meal voucher for two...

Issues with cleanliness and towels sorted quickly and efficiently by Tambai (I'm sorry if I've got the name wrong!) room transferred and clean towels provided, all with a smile!! Lovely lady 🙌🏻 Morning receptionist...

Trip with work, Premier Inn always relatively basic but very good value. Hotel room was clean and had a surprisingly large TV mounted on the wall. The food from the Beefeater was average, I would have been disappointed if I was paying for it myself. £12 is quite expensive for an average burger, breakfast however was ok. Overall would go...

I would recommend staying here, great customer service, friendly staff and willing to help. The beds are very comfortable (its just not your own though) Great location with a entertainment and leisure facility across the road and a shopping centre 5 mins walk. Perfect
