My husband and I arrived yesterday and were shown to our beautiful Windsor room (No. 18). Check in was smooth and efficient. We actually gasped at how beautiful the room was furnished. Huge four poster bed, peacock inspired cushions and coasters (nice touch), mini fridge with apple juice and water. Welcoming touches also included some locally produced chocolate and fudge....

We stayed one night in the Stable Courtyard. One thing stood out for us during our stay - the level of service is exceptional. From the warmest of welcomes at reception to the incredible level of attention and care during breakfast, we were delighted. We have issues with multiple food allergies and we were made to feel 'normal' and reassured...

We stayed in the Courtyard Stables and the room was beautiful and very clean. The staff were very friendly from the security man at the gate house, the check in staff in reception and even the receptionist bringing additional milk later in the evening. Nothing was too much trouble. We dined in the Castle View Restaurant with friends. The staff...

We stayed here on a visit to Kent for personal family reasons and booked for a Sunday night. The telephone booking people were not very accommodating and in fact they nearly put us off staying at all. We only booked a couple of days before travel and asked about complimentary upgrades at this late stage but were told (rather haughtily)...

My mother and I stayed for one night and loved it so much we are planning to go back next year with more of our family. Every single member of staff was super friendly, the breakfast was incredible and the room was gorgeous (Deluxe twin). The view from our room was beautiful and must be even more incredible in summer...

The hotel was lovely with quirky features. It was very well kept and looked after as well as immaculately clean.. Our room was 'Hutton' with lovely views of the gardens & lake. The only downside is that there was no bar or lounge area to relax & chill in.. so you only had the choice of eating/drinking in the restaurant...

We were guests and enjoyed afternoon tea, a four course dinner with 30 other guests , overnight in the castle and breakfast , what stood out was the excellent level of staff that were professional and attentive and they were beyond any doubt the best I have encountered anywhere in my 60 years of travels. The bedrooms are on a...

What to complain about..ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! After completing some legal work for a close friend's family..and as a birthday present..the friends took us away as a surprise for a night with breakfast and a tour of the Castle and grounds. From the time you book in at reception until you leave, nothing is too much trouble for the castle's wonderful and...

Took my husband to stay here for his birthday as he has always wanted to visit the castle. We had a room over looking the court yard, once inside you couldn't hear any noise from the people outside. The room it's self was a good size with a lovely large bathroom., every where spotlessly clean. Lots of complimentary gifts, fruit...

Leeds castle is amazing but the accomodation onsite isn't as romantic and cosy as hoped. The breakfast was lovely but the stay was a little cold. The bathroom was huge with a nice clean bathtub. If you can stay in the castle it would be more fun!

Dear mskerswell, Thank you for your feedback. I will pass this onto our Accommodation Manager. The Castle bedrooms are reserved for private functions/weddings, but the Maiden's Tower on the Castle Island can be booked for B&B. Best regards, Sam Marketing Department
