Although usually a big fan of Premier Inn's, I was suprised that our room didn't have Air conditioning/heating and there was no dedicated parking for guests and was shared with the Malta Inn next door, so we spent nearly 20 minutes going round the car park until we were able to park. However the staff were great and very helpful...

Just spent 5 nights here at the Premier Inn. Great location and many things to visit in close proximity, as well as the chance to walk by the River or catch the boat into Town. Hotel itself, same as the usual Premier Inn offering but the difference, every member of staff we spoke to was bright, friendly and helpful. Offering...

Stopped here on a lovely sunny Spring evening after a stressful journey back from France. Love this hotel and it's location for walks up the river and hospitality at the pub and restaurant nextdoor which gets very busy so remember to book.

Not that great. Terrible night sleep. Ok if your a midget in the tiny fold out bed they give you !! Not quite what I expected for a twin room ! Won't go back. Lovely location ! Food in the beefeater wasn't great either ! Greek salad served hot !!!! Strange

Hi Natalie, Thanks for your review of our Premier Inn, Maidstone (Sandling) Hotel. I am very sorry to read of the disappointment you had following your recent stay with us. Your experiences regarding the single sofa bed within your twin room and your meal in the adjacent Beefeater, is certainly not what we wish for our guests to have. Please...

Great Premier Inn complimented with great staff, Ginny is an absolute credit to this venue, she works tirelessly in providing a high level of customer satisfaction in ensuring every aspect of the venue is as it should be. Clean rooms, clean and crisp bedding sheets and duvets, spotless bathrooms, all aspects well above the average high standards. Location is the...

Often use Premier Inn for one or two night business stop-overs, so have been to plenty and this is definitely one of the better ones. Excellent staff, very clean and a lovely location. Standard neighbour to Berni Inn, but again a very nice one. Would recommend for a summers weekend stay, purely for the location.

As above, nice quiet room, nice location, close to Maidstone. Reception warm and friendly. Restaurant was quite chilly, maybe the air-con, maybe because I was sat as a billy no mates at the top of the stairs leading up to the restaurant. Advise go further inside to be warmer, especially if it's cold outside. Waitresses very busy, with little time...

After a great nights sleep again I thought I would write a review which I normally could not be bothered about. We had breakfast this morning and a lovely waitress named Sue and the chef/cook whose name I cannot remember. The service was way beyond what I've experienced before and I've stayed in a few places, from would we like...

Lovely and friendly staff made me feel very welcome and at home immediately. Restaurant staff very efficient and friendly and meal deals great value for money with high quality food and a huge breakfast catering for all your needs and dietary requirements. Highly recommended. Only down side bed a bit too soft for my liking.
