There was a problem with the heating in the restaurant, so Rachel and Claire came to our rescue by offering to bring our dinner to the room! They turned the evening into a success .Thank you. The room was a standard formula, but it was warm and comfy, personally I would prefer a stand alone shower, but I expect they...

This is a good hotel with all the usual facilities you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Check-in was polite and friendly. Our room was on the first floor, spacious and comfortable, clean and quiet. The water pressure in the hot tap was very poor but the water was nice and hot. The location next to the river is lovely. Breakfast...

We stayed for one night as we had our Christmas party in the Village Hotel next door. The room as always was clean, modern and had everything you need. It also had a chaise longue which was comfy to sit on to read or watch the tele. Amazingly comfy bed and lovely fresh linen I rate Premier Inn over Travelodge...

This was the third time that we have stayed in this hotel, it is well situated near to the m20 and yet it is quiet and peaceful, it's position near the river is perfect. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic reception staff who efficiently booked us in. Explained breakfast in adjoining beefeater and offered to book us in for evening meal. Room was great but bed was a little small. Not like Lenny Henry advertises. However it was exceptionally comfortable. The room was clean and my only concern was lack of air conditioning. As it was winter this was...

Good location on the river Medway this is a very clean hotel with good staff. We booked the reduced mobility room and the problem was the shower which is situated over the bath so if you have a mobility problem you may be able to have a shower. Overall a good hotel only half hour from the channel tunnel

We 3 came from Norwich for a 40th birthday party. The on-line booking process was easy, location fine, parking also easy and convenient, and the room was fine apart from it being a bit chilly and there being no shaver point in the bathroom. The receptionist quickly arranged a taxi for us into Maidstone that we don't know that well,...

Good in a secluded area, beefeater literally on the door step. Very good service and comfortable room. The prices in the beefeater are average but some things can be quite expensive on the menu. Beef was very tried out but the chips were lovely. Premier Inn was good nights sleep but the room was quite expensive for the one night!...
