An older style hotel. Very welcoming friendly helpful staff. Rooms are a little old fashioned but perfectly functional if slightly thin walls between rooms (could hear next rooms guest snoring throughout the night) and perhaps a just a few maintenance attentions to detail could make a big difference to room, such as light bulbs and a few licks of paint...

Booked in here for two nights and stayed for one! This hotel is in need of a total refurb. We stayed here as we were attending a funeral so where I would normally have made a complaint I did not want to make the stay more depressing than it needed to be. First impressions as I walked into the bar...

Had a terrible nights sleep at this hotel on a Saturday night, groups of people arriving back in the middle of night banging on doors, going to and fro between their rooms shouting and laughing. However, on calling reception and the night manager requesting them to be quiet, this still continued through to the morning with another group/couples arriving back....

Dear Customer, Whilst our other customers behavior is beyond the hotels control, you did the right thing by notifying the night manager who is available all night. Our heating does work on a timer as like all other hotels, however if you had mentioned this to our night manager we could have offered you an individual heater as our other...

We recently went to The Grange Moor for a large evening function, and have to say that the food was excellent value and the layout and decor of the function room was perfect. In particular thanks go to the staff who dealt with us on the night - they were extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient - the service was really...

Spent a week here on a business trip and could't be more pleased with the entire place. Great friendly staff, comfortable beds and quiet rooms made for great accommodations. But, the gem in this place is the restaurant. My business colleague and I have eaten dinner here every night and the food has been fantastic. She is a vegetarian, and...

This is hotel was just what I needed for a base for the week while working locally. There is am easy going and friendly yet professional atmosphere. The free parking was good especially as it was just a short walk into the town centre. The food was excellent, particularly the carvery I had on Sunday and the breakfast each day...

The Grangemoor Hotel, Maidstone; have to say that the Sunday Carvery today is the best I've had by far in a long time and I will definitely be going again. Very good service, great value for money too!

First class service from the moment we walked into the restaurant. The food was amazing and would even go to say it's the best Sunday lunch I've had for years! There was a good selection of starters, meats and puds. 3 courses for only £15.95 wow. Would recommend it.
