My husband's flight arrive at Birmingham Hotel today 11th July 2021 and they landed at 4pm. Guess what, we had Euro 2020 final today and because all the coach staff was busy watching football and they had to wait for 8 HOURS since 4pm to 12 midnight without food and drink at the airport. This is ridiculous because they do not understand the value of people and were enjoying the match. There was only 1 lady who was trying to contact them and they kept saying 10 minutes. I was on the phone to my husband all that time and I insisted to talk to someone there so I spoke to this lady and she told me that they are watching football that's why there are late so I can't do anything.

Was traveling from Scotland to London with my wife and two daughters (aged 4 and 8) and we decided to stay the night somewhere in the Birmingham area, and close to the M6, so went with the Park Inn by Radisson in Walsall. Located right next to Walsall FC football ground, it is right next to the Motorway and very convenient. Standard as you would expect from a Park Inn hotel, as stayed in a couple over the years. Checked in to our room in no time and while fairly basic, meet our requirements. For its location, it was very quiet and would say we had a good nights sleep, but me and my daughter were having sneezing fits, which we simply put down to hayfeaver from the country pub we visited for our dinner beforehand. Woke up next and reached for my mobile phone charging on the bed side table and it was covered in a shocking amount of dust over the screen. My wife looked at hers and was the same. Apart from that was a good nights sleep and breakfast the next morning was excellent value and very tasty. All in all met our needs in terms of location and cost, and would consider again if looking to cut the journey down on our travels from north to south (or vice versa).

Always a pleasure to stay here, staff are always friendly and professional. The rooms and food are of a high standard and great value for money. Even during the pandemic restrictions the service is still excellent with very limited resources.

Stayed overnight 29th - 30th August as a long-awaited weekend getaway with our young family. The stay itself at hotel was pleasant until we left the hotel on the sunday morning to go to the town centre and nearby market before checking out later that morning. On our return, we noticed items were missing notably the baby's formula making machine, our toiletries including our electric toothbrushes. We made several complaints to management, and nothing came of it. They just shrugged it of as an everday occurence. It was evident that we had not checked out. The manager said that the hotel didnt have cctv on the floors - a definite breach of health and safety, especially in the hospitality industry. I am totally disgusted with this establishment. I was not offered any form of compensation, my baby had to do without formula, until we could drive the 200+ miles to london to re-purchase another machine. For a £50 room, it has cost me over £100 to replace the stolen items! I would not recommend this establishment, not unless you want your valuables stolen.
